This includes liaising with service managers and external agencies to ensure appropriate and safe staffing.

Support the principles of lean working, by continuously reviewing processes and recommending, initiating and implementing changes to remove waste/streamline systems to improve recruitment lead in times.

To support the delivery of the Values Based Recruitment and Selection Support the promotion of the Trust as an employer of choice by attending recruitment fairs as and when required.
