Internal Sales Coordinator - Multi-Modal Logistics

Deos Staffing Ltd. is delighted to collaborate with our esteemed client in the logistics sector to recruit an experienced
Internal Sales Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage and process import and export quotations for Air, Ocean, and ideally Road freight, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Utilise the CargoWise system for all relevant tasks, maintaining precise records and generating reports as required.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing outstanding service and support.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimise logistics operations and resolve any issues.
Stay uptodate with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and compliance.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
Demonstrable experience using the CargoWise system is essential.
Strong knowledge of import and export processes, with experience in Air, Ocean, and ideally Road freight.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
Detailoriented and highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
A team player with a proactive approach to problemsolving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
