    Overview

A Little Bit About Us: The Vindis Group is seeking to appoint a Digital Specialist to join its team. As one of approximately 700 team members, you will demonstrate behaviours that are integral to our continued success. We are passionate about our heritage, our future, our customers and our employees; and we believe in embracing the potential of our business in a positive and objective way. We strive to maintain high standards in every area of our business by engaging with our employees and customers in an open, transparent and consultative manner. Our employees demonstrate, on a daily basis, the personal discipline and energy to uphold these standards and, collectively, are motivated to achieve personal and business success. Customer obsession is core to our ethos and you will understand and be able to demonstrate how to truly embrace internal and external customer service excellence; applying this knowledge effectively whether individually or as part of a team. In return, you will be joining a long-established organisation that has continued to expand and evolve. At the heart of our company is a belief in a High Performance Culture, and we provide a multitude of platforms and opportunities to support our team members in being the best versions of themselves. We offer three levels of Leadership Development Programmes, all accredited by the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI); a designated Training Centre with a comprehensive Internal Training Prospectus; and access to the Volkswagen Group UK's National Learning Centre.

    Benefits

All team members are provided with access to:

    • An Employee Car Scheme, following a qualifying period. This will provide you with an opportunity to love our brand products as much as we do and drive them at affordable prices.
    • A Life Assurance policy, at no cost to yourself.
    • 24/7 access to our Employee Assistance Programme. This is in conjunction with our #SpeakAware campaign, which focuses on employee wellbeing and positive mental health.
    • Birthday Leave

    Key Role Responsibilities

As a Retention Specialist, you will be an integral member of the Service Team. Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Working closely within our Service Advisor Team to drive our digital customer retention strategy forward.
    • Completing our digital Service lead inbox outbound booking calls daily, ensuring all deadlines are met and no leads expire.
    • Ensuring all automated Service Lead Inbox SMS and Email processes are followed and maintained.
    • Converting and managing all digital service leads via the MyAudi App into appointments and maintaining high conversion levels.
    • Explaining and outlining to customers the benefits of the MyAudi Application and the enhanced automatic service reminder process.
    • Presenting to customers a service plan offering that best suits their needs, explaining benefits and achieving high conversion.
    • Working with service teams to drive eVHC lost or deferred sales back into the business via a reminder process.
    • Supporting the continued drive to deliver industry-leading customer service reflected in Audi survey scoring.

    What we are looking for

    • A warm and friendly telephone manner.
    • A keen eye for detail to ensure all relevant details are relayed on bookings and communications to customers.
    • Good computer skills.
    • Willingness to learn and develop into the role.
    • Excellent customer service skills and the highest levels of integrity.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual seeking career development in an innovative and dynamic organisation. We look forward to receiving your application and hope to welcome you as a team member within the Vindis Group in the near future.
