About the role:

Ash Green School are seeking an English Teaching and Learning Coach to work with the Vice Principal to secure high quality teaching and learning, with effective use of resources as well as monitoring information to improve standards for all the students in English.

The role will include developing, leading and managing the effective delivery of an outstanding curriculum, enabling the highest level of student progress and attainment.

Lead a professional community of teachers and promote outstanding teaching and learning, encouraging a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential.

Successful experience of teaching English at Key stage 3, 4 and
Proven track record of outstanding English teaching including marking and assessment
Proven track record of delivering strong progress outcomes
Ability to coach and mentor colleagues effectively
Qualified Teacher Status as well as recent and relevant CPD
