- Minimum of 2 years' HR advisory experience.
- Proven experience managing employee relations cases through to successful resolution.
- Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience of working in a similar industry (beneficial).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Confidentiality and problem-solving ability.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Confidence in advising managers.
- Excellent team working skills
- The knowledge and ability to provide advice on disciplinary, grievance, capability, and absence cases.
- Support managers through formal HR processes.
- Help resolve workplace conflicts informally.
- To build strong, positive relationships across the organisation.
- Salary of 30-32k per annum depending on experience

We are looking for a friendly and approachable HR Advisor to join our Human Resources department in Blackpool.
The main focus of the role will be to provide HR/ER support across all levels of the organisation, offering professional advice, guidance, and support to managers and employees, ensuring consistent and legally compliant practices
KEY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
As this is a hybrid role, will be a requirement to work on site for at least 2 days per week, at our Lancashire, Blackpool site. Travel to other sites would be as and when required, therefore a valid driving licence and access to own transport would be beneficial.
