A dynamic and successful Devon based law firm are looking for an experienced Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join their successful dispute resolution team.

This practice have enjoyed a period of sustained growth and yet they remain extremely driven with ambitious plans for the future.

This is a great opportunity to join a firm that is in a position to offer genuine career progression opportunities.

You will be required to handle a very varied caseload comprising of the full range of litigation matters including Legacy Disputes, Contentious Probate, Contract Disputes, Property disputes/Construction disputes, Shareholder and partnership disputes and CommercialLandlord and Tenant disputes.

In addition to fee earning you will be required to take an active role in the marketing and business development of the department and the firm.

The salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
