**Role: Mobile Growth/Analytics Manager


Rate:
£700 p/d INSIDE IR35

Location:
Hybrid - London HQ - 1 day p/w


Duration: 6 months**This FTSE 100 client are looking to become a mobile first business in the next 3 years and are looking for a Mobile Analytics Manager to grow their digital capabilities.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a commercial and data driven mobile growthspecialist to lead the commercial contribution of our mobile offering across our market leading banners.


Required experience:


  • Experience within a mobile growth/analytics/app performance role with a focus on data and metrics to drive growth.
  • Ability to lead across functional teams to deliver profitable mobile growth within an omnichannel business
  • Experience of paid search, organic search, display advertising, affiliate marketing,
  • Extensive knowledge of agile working in fast paced environment with experience of taking an OKR approach
  • Ability to present to stakeholders ongoing investigations into mobile including acquisition, retention, rejuvenation, and loyalty incentives.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop _& deliver_ both a portfolio and per banner mobile growth strategy in terms of customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty
  • Develop & _deliver_ a measurement and maturity framework to demonstrate progress both commercially and in terms of maturity
  • Partner with our colleagues in product, trading, content, marketing automation, data, performance marketing and within our banners to deliver profitable growth from mobile and to elevate the mobile growth agenda across the group
  • Become the inhouse SME for mobile, educating group and banner colleagues
  • Cascade innovations in mobile as well as ensure compliance with all local and global data privacy requirements
  • Design, build, and optimise a mobile measurement framework and set of dashboards visualising baseline mobile performance, ROI, growth, and maturity progress
  • Design and build a competitor intelligence framework and dashboard, cascading insights to colleagues in banner and group
  • Own the mobile growth backlog across our banners, prioritising to deliver rapid incremental growth
  • Collaborate with our colleagues in performance marketing to ensure improvement in ASO rankings, as well as delivering initiatives with significantly improved ROI
  • Collaborate with colleagues in banner and product to highlight app enhancements as well as enter relevant awards
  • Coown our mobile agency relationships advising where necessary on the need to augment or consolidate
