Description

Metalisare partnering with a multi-site
Manufacturing business who specialises in
heavy engineering, forgings, and presses. They are looking for a
Group HSE Manager who will be based in
Lincoln with occasional travel to Sheffield.

This position is
Monday - Friday with salary dependent on experience, relevance to the role and qualifications undertaken.

There is room for progression and due to
multimillion pound investmentsthis year it's a great time to be joining the business.


Duties Included:


  • Ensuring a zeroaccident approach to working is upheld and followed.
  • Maintaining H&S Policies and ensuring the team are following them.
  • Completion of accident reporting.
  • Maintaining ISO14001 & ISO9001 acredidatation
  • Provide regular training to team members of all levels.
  • Working with external bodies such as Environment Agency
  • Managing of hazardous and waste product on site.
  • Create training plans and delivery schedules to ensure compliance
  • Ensure SSOW are in place.
  • Take part in quarterly and annual meetings to review KPI's.
We are looking to speak with experienced HSE Managers, SHEQ Managers, H&S Managers, SHEQ Advisors wanting to step up.
