Permanent - full time

£28,000 DOE

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers and accuracy? We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join a dynamic Exeter based team.

Responsibilities_:
Process payroll for employees accurately and timely using their payroll software.
Review timesheets and attendance records to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Calculate bonuses, commissions, overtime, and other payments as needed.
Address payrollrelated inquiries from employees and management promptly and professionally.
Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures; report needed changes.
Requirements_:
Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role.
Strong understanding of payroll processes and relevant regulations.
Proficient with payroll software
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
