We have a fantastic opportunity for a
Management Accountant to join our team based in Leeds.


As a Management Accountant you will be Supporting the Finance Controller and Financial Reporting Manager in the of preparation, collation and reporting of monthly P&L and balance sheet.

Ad-hoc data analysis and reporting on an ongoing basis to improve management information and share across the business.

Main responsibilities:


  • Monthly production of management accounts including variance analysis of overheads
  • Monthly production of balance sheet reconciliations including variance analysis
  • Revenue recognition and trend analysis
  • Support Accounts Payable with more complex transactions
  • Support to FP&A team and stakeholders with Fleet expense queries
  • Develop ongoing relationship with colleagues within the business, both within the department as well as across department function, including coverage of all business units. As well as dealing with external stakeholders including both customers and suppliers.

To be considered as a Management Accountant, you will need:

  • Accountancy qualification with 1+ years' experience post qualified
  • Management and leadership skills
  • Excellent computer and software skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office products and financial software solutions.
  • Excellent Math & English skills
  • Excellent analytical ability and logical thinker.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Selfmotivated, reliable and enthusiastic
  • Confident communicator
  • Flexible with a "Can do and will do" attitude
