Role:
Head of Operations & Supply Chain


Location:
London, UK (hybrid)


Salary:
Between £55,000 - £70,000


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Head a team of 7 direct reports to ensure all systems and processes are managed effectively, including purchasing, transport, warehousing and distribution.
  • Manage the supply chain from end to end to ensure a timely delivery of goods through maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers and working with SAP.
  • Hands on warehouse management, managing stock levels of finished goods across 3 warehouses, organising annual stock take and supervising web processing through 3rd parties.
  • Analysis of SKU performance and freight costs to gain cost savings, as well as cost negotiation with all suppliers.
  • Collaboration and communication with other parts of the business, primarily with NPD & Sales team, to ensure all objectives align and processes are carried out smoothly.
  • Experience working within a similar role, preferably within the beauty industry, working with supply chain endtoend and leading a team.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP & Excel, with a strong attention to detail and highly analytical mind.
  • High written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • A passion for beauty & skincare and a positive energy to bring to the team
