Role Summary:

The Customer Service Advisor is a key member of the Central Support Team and is responsible for coordinating the administration of building repair and maintenance work and assisting with the development of a comprehensive record and systems database within the Property Management Department.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Receive telephone calls from residents/lessees reporting maintenance issues and providing them with answers to enquiries about the estate
Meet residents and client's expectations through exceptional customer service
Liaise with the internal maintenance division and coordinate and make maintenance appointments
Arrange and monitor service contracts and assist the Finance team with service charge collection
Ensure that the customer database remains up to date and with changes
Ensure that the Property Management team are prepared for residents meetings, including attending and taking minutes when required

Personal Qualities and Experience:

Great communication skills, both verbal and written
A passion for customer service excellence
Financial acumen
Problem solving and decisionmaking skills
IT Literate (experience of using Inhouse systems)
Experience in residential property management (preferable not essential)
Experience of using Qube (preferable not essential)
