Fixed terms contact until end of September hours per week

Compton Care has an exciting new opportunity for a Grounds/Handy Person to join our Estates Team.


Main purpose of the role


We are looking for someone with a passion for working outdoors to maintain all grounds and gardens at Compton Hall.

In addition, you will support with day-to-day maintenance activities and reactive repairs.


The post holder will frequently work without constant direct supervision and should therefore be able to work on their own initiative.


Requirements:


  • Basic H&S Training
  • Horticultural knowledge gained through experience.
  • Ability to use varied range of horticultural tools both powered and nonpowered.
  • Work experience in similar environment
