Our team is growing, and we are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Apprentice to join us.


Role Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's presence across various social media platforms.

You will be responsible for creating compelling content, including planning and producing videos, to engage our audience and support our marketing campaigns.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your digital marketing skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Content Creation and Management:

• Develop and execute a cohesive social media content calendar to ensure a constant presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Craft engaging and relevant content for each social media channel, including writing posts, creating images, and designing graphics.
• Video Production:
• Plan, create, and edit shortform videos to highlight our services, client testimonials, and other marketing initiatives for social media channels and our website.
• Coordinate the entire video production process from concept to completion, including scripting, filming, and postproduction editing.
• Social Media Strategy:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that increase our social media engagement and followers.
• Monitor social media trends and tools for changes that affect our competitive landscape.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Track and analyze the performance of social media posts and videos to guide future content creation.
• Provide reports on social media engagement metrics and suggest improvements based on data analysis.

Qualifications:

• A strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and video production.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
