Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
  • Maintain and update customer databases
  • Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products or services
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries or issues
  • Monitor and track sales activities, including sales targets and performance metrics
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, or conferences
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel arrangements for the sales team

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in business administration is a plus
  • Proven experience as a sales administrator or in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of CRM software is preferred
