Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries or issues
- Monitor and track sales activities, including sales targets and performance metrics
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, or conferences
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel arrangements for the sales team
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in business administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a sales administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of CRM software is preferred
