Alchemy is currently partnering with a global consultancy business in London who are looking to bring in a Senior People Analytics Consultant to join their People Analytics team under their Human Capital department.

Their team helps businesses understandthe patterns in their workforce and how they connect to company success using data and analytics.


Responsibilities:


  • Use data and industry knowledge to steer client dialogues, and convey complicated quantitative assessments in a clear, accurate, and useful way.
  • Work together to provide and/or projectmanage workforce analytics consulting engagements with our worldwide team of data scientists, (e.g, predictive analytics, strategic labour planning, and pay equity).
  • Deliver cuttingedge analytics solutions using specialised data analytics capabilities and the company's own datasets to improve client outcomes and company outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted senior client advisor by using excellent consulting abilities and business acumen to enhance sales engagements with both existing and potential customers.
  • Show good project management abilities while collaborating with our business consultants, technical employees, and international data science team.
  • Consistently produce fresh ideas that enhance internal procedures, goods, and client deliverables.
  • Assist in generating consulting income by completing client tasks and identifying chances to work on consulting projects.
  • Exhibit exceptional commercial leadership; comprehend and analyse challenging customer needs and issues, whether they are organised or unstructured in form; and create a proposal that addresses the issue for the client.

Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in either Business, Data Science, Economics, Human Resources, Psychology, Statistics, or similar field.
  • Working knowledge of huge workforce databases and data manipulation software like Python or R.
  • Solid understanding of managing and assisting analytical initiatives in a consultancy capacity.
  • A love of making stories through data and leveraging data to unearth insights and improve business performance.
  • Knowledge of data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau or PowerBI).
  • Strong grasp of talent management, human resources, strategy, organisational design, or change management How we assist our coworkers.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication abilities, as well as the capacity to efficiently multitask and set priorities in a hectic atmosphere.
