What will you be doing as our new SHEA Coordinator?


As our new SHEA Coordinator you'll be accountable for the production, facilitation, co-ordination and monitoring of a range of support and administration required across the SHEA Team.

You'll assist in the day-to-day management upkeep and effectiveness of SHEA systems, policies, procedures, learning, awareness and development to enable effective communication, engagement with and execution of SHEA and LIFE (Living in Injury Free Environment) strategies.


Through active collaboration and leading by example to promote an open and honest culture, you'll support the development of our people and assure compliance with our standards.


Key responsibilities:

  • To provide support to the SHEA Team including H&S Managers, Advisors and LIFE Programme Lead in implementation and delivery of the AMP7 SHEA Strategies.
  • Support the admin and maintenance of SHEA Systems. This will require, but is not limited to, supporting data collection, entry and completion of inspections, advisory visits, incident investigations, feedback and briefings to sites reporting and administration.
  • Assist in the administration, organisation and coordination of H, S, WB & LIFE meetings, site visits, inspections, advisory visits and engagement tours to ensure site compliance.
  • Coordinate communication within the team, liaise with supporting teams and key stakeholders to ensure any issues are raised, recognised and reported.
  • Assist the team by producing presentations and preparation of SHEA communications as required.
  • Support with the administration and delivery SHEA training or briefings to site or office staff as required.
  • Communicate ideas for improving SHEA processes with a positive and constructive attitude, encourage the development of this attitude in others.
