Scale 2/3 depending on
experience (£20,812 to £21,968)
Actual Salary:
£14,433 to £15,235 pro-rata for term time, part time working
Contract:
Fixed Term link to child so will cease if child leaved Torn Grove
Start date:

The Headteacher and Governors are looking to appoint an exceptional and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to support the complex teaching and learning needs of a KS1 child.
You will need to be adaptable and be able to amend lesson plans / prepare resources which will enable the pupil to succeed at all levels.
As well as supporting the pupil in class and at lunch-time, you will also be delivering one-to-one and small group interventions that will enable the child to fulfil their full potential.
Working under the guidance of the class teacher and SENDCO, this is an incredibly rewarding role where you will champion a delightful and knowledgeable child and ensure they thrive in our school.
You will be working in a Year 1 class where learning is always fun and engaging and excellent relationships exist between staff and pupils.
Applicants will need show a commitment to the inclusive nature of the school, a caring attitude to all pupils and also have high expectations for behaviour, whilst promoting fair and inclusive practises.
Applicants should possess a high standard of spoken and written English and have GCSE English and Maths (A-C grades or equivalent).
