Duties- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Schedule work for on call engineers
- Analyse customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
Job Types:

£28,000.00 per year
