Description

An experienced
Mobile Cleaner to effectively manage and support within region for cover of site operative's holidays and other absences.

To facilitate the delivery of the service is in accordance with client specification and that all activities are undertaken in a safe manner in compliance with Excellent services policies and legislation.

Conduct monthly cleaning audits on all regional sites and submit within set timescales.
Carry out monthly site inspections whilst on site for Cleaning Audits for Window Cleaning, Washroom Services, Grounds Maintenance, Waste Management, Litter Picking, Pest Control & General Building Condition / Maintenance.
Maintain controls of all COSHH related materials and legislation.
Support Regional Cleaning Manager when required with site cleaning operative's communications / training.
Support Regional Cleaning Manager when required with site consumable ordering / controls.

Requirements of the Mobile Cleaner -

Full Clean UK driving licence is essential.
Experience in commercial office cleaning is essential.
Experience in mobile cleaning desired but not essential.
Flexibility in working hours is essential.
Mobility across Scotland is essential.
Passion for high levels of quality of work is essential.

Working hours for Mobile Cleaner - 40 hours per week over Monday to Friday. Attendance hours will be agreed. We do need a level of flexibility to the extent of some 5am starts and some 8pm finishes. There is an expectation to manage work hours to include regular but random site attendance at weekends and for evening shifts

You will be given Branded Company Van, Mobile Phone and Branded uniform on your induction/training.
