Bond Personnel have an exciting
temp to perm Factory/Production Supervisor in the Wigan area.

Our client, a well know
food manufacturer, is looking for an
experienced supervisor to lead a team of around 10 people and supporting senior management.

This is a Monday - Friday role and no weekend work

Responsibilities for a Production Supervisor.

Delegating duties to be carried out effectively and safely.
Quality checking of the product in both high and low risk departments.
Training of new member of staff and delivering new procedures.
Working with senior management for production scheduling.
Adhere to the hygiene standards.
Carrying out equipment checks and reporting any issues.
Working in line with the companies Safety & Quality Management Systems.

Hours and Salary:

Monday to Friday.
-
2pm-10pm and
6am-2pm shift.

£11.25 per hour
