WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a Senior Professional Sports Marketing Representative to lead the Senior Player portfolio in London.

What you will work on

  • Provide insight to EMEA Sports Marketing's investments across Football Players ensure Nike has the right Football Players working in collaboration with the EMEA Football SM team and Key City SM teams
  • Review and align Invest/Divest strategies against those portfolio investments for Football Players
  • Support highlevel sophisticated negotiations aligned to EMEA's longterm vision & strategy
  • Implement a strategic service vision aligned to Women's & Men's SM leads to help Players reach their potential & strengthen NIKE's partnerships
  • Support the overall EMEA Football Sports Marketing Brand Experience offense align vision, strategy and plans across the Key City to help drive Football as a growth driver, maximizing our contractual rights to strengthen our connection with the consumer and fuel the business growth
  • Align our Football Players against NIKE's purpose offense sustainability, community, diversity and equality
  • Facilitate our Football Players connection to the product creation process to help drive innovation, performance and style for both on and off the field of play
Who you will work with


You become an integral part of the London Sports Marketing Players Team and ensure strong cross-functional working comms, brand, finance, SCI and SM finance.

You will have daily interaction with our senior contracted players and their representatives.

Network with the wider football industry, including The FA, Premier League clubs, coaches and agencies to understand the best talent in the UK and the market value of contracts.

Work with the Brand team to deliver athlete brand plans according to our global athlete tiering strategy.

In this role, you will report directly to the Sports Marketing Director of Football Player for London.

You are someone who feels very comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders, a skill you would have developed by interacting with cross-functional teams, football players, agents and clubs.


  • Partner negotiation experience
  • Experience in athlete management or within the football industry
  • Ability to inspire change new ways of working and leverage athlete contracts
  • Ability to lead crossfunctional work streams and athlete plans
  • Relationship builder & influence skills
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to elicit information, actively listen, dialogue freely, verbalize ideas optimally
