Hybrid Work Model: 2 days in office

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Leasehold Consultation Officer to join our Housing Management team.

This is a crucial role responsible for managing homeowner accounts, issuing S20 notices, and ensuring compliance with legislation and policies regarding service charges and major works.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing homeowner accounts and delivering high-quality service.
Issuing clear and compliant S20 notices.
Accurately calculating and producing service charge and major works invoices.
Building relationships and resolving disputes.
Ensuring compliance with lease terms, legislation, and best practices.

Requirements:

Previous experience in leasehold management, specifically with S20 major works and service charges.
Strong understanding of relevant legislation and best practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
