Residential Living Recruitment (RLR) is currently recruiting a Senior Leasing Associate (SLA) for our client's Central London BTR development.

The development is world famous and one-of-a-kind meaning that this is a unique opportunity to join a core team and make your name in the BTR sector.

The Senior Leasing Associate will be expected to work 5 days out of 7 per week on a regular rota.

The salary for this role is £40,000 with a realistic OTE upwards of £55,000

Role overview:

Support with the delivery of business performance whilst hitting personal leasing targets. In addition, the SLA is expected to contribute towards team coaching, training and supporting overall growth.

We are looking for a best in class leasing professional who has a proven track record of success and is comfortable managing processes at what is an exciting time for this BTR development.
