JOB PURPOSE The Digital Operations Coordinatorwill act as the main point of contact for digital fulfilment.

Work with the distribution hubs, transport and cross functionally around the business to ensure our customer SLA's are always met through defining and enhancing fulfilment processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Control and proactively monitor digital shipments from Burberry distribution centres and retail locations to end consumers and identify constraints and issues in the digital supply chain - Communicate shipment information to 3PL carriers and resolve anydelivery problems with the carriers - Liaise with 3PL carriers implants and third-party carriers to track shipments made and related freight information to give the business visibility of goods shipped - Responsible for the analysis and distribution of ManagementInformation Reporting to support strategy development and drive enhanced customer experience

  • Own and monitor business driven order cancellations and out of stock orders with an omniscient view, to maintain control on the loss of sales
  • Provide operationalsupport for Ecommerce during peak periods including resource and strategy planning for peak trading
  • Support the implementation and rollout strategy of the various Omnichannel propositions
  • Support the retail and omnichannel teams in the wider business
  • Help to implement new ways of working and support the administration of the digital strategy
  • Coordinate stakeholders at all levels both horizontally and vertically to ensure optimal experience and quality assurance
  • Ensure online customer experienceis continually aligned globally
  • Control and monitor the Losses with the carrier and ensure that claims are raised and processed within agreed and set timescales.
  • Escalate issues and problems to the Transport Manager appropriately and resolve issues outstanding
  • Assist Transport Manager to drive performance improvements related to leadtimes, ontime replenishment/delivery and cost per unit, as well as facility capacity and resources planning based on anticipated outbound volumes and adhoc changes to customer deliveryschedules PERSONAL PROFILE
  • Strong analytical skills required
  • Advanced excel/numerical and analytical skills
  • Confident individual with good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Able to interpret and analyse data
  • Experience of SAP WM andBusiness Objects (desirable)
  • Ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels from Directors to operational teams
  • Clear eye for detail, imagination and creative
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise under pressure
