Our Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Country HQ's business unit at Templecombe as an Manufacturing Planner. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to progress into Manufacturing system.


Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
Efficient management of the System ASCP Workbench

  • Execution of Production and Repair requirements from release of planned orders to completion to stock
  • Analysis of Cell capacity plan through ERP tools.
  • Ensure all materials are kitted to Shop floor on time in support of production activities.
  • Maintenance and management of all parts supply through the ERP and Execution Systems
  • Identify and progress and material requirements/orders through ERP
  • Liaise with Purchasing to ensure material are available on MRP scheduled dates (need date)
  • Identify any deviations from the plan and where necessary take remedial action to achieve conformance and minimise rescheduling
  • Is responsible for the accuracy and optimization of all planning parameters with the ERP System
  • Contributes in the efficient implementation of the Eng Change process
  • Development and maintenance of Cell KPIs ie Lines of Balance / Material Availability
About You

Essential

  • Strong knowledge of the key principles of MRP
  • Effective communicator confident in dealing with all levels of management
  • Analytical thinker capable of developing solutions
  • Delivery orientated with can do attitude
  • Computer literate

Experience:

Essential

  • Knowledge of Manufacturing Systems and key principles of MRP.
Experience in Supply Chain activities - Planning /Purchasing /Delivery

  • Practical experience in continuous improvement and problem solving techniques
  • High degree of Information Technology knowledge and skill
