We have a great opportunity for a Performance & Efficiencies Lead to work on the Southern integrated Delivery (SID) which forms part of the SRE is a fully integrated commercial partnership between AtkinsRéalis, Network Rail, Octavius, VolkerFitzpatrick and VolkerRail.

You will be responsible for the implementation and realisation of the efficiency & Profit Incentivisation Regime (PIR) plans for SID with close liaison with the Performance teams to support accurate tracking and reporting.

Lead the agile performance culture change across the entire enterprise with close liaison with the Transformation team to embed the efficiency and high performance mindset within in the SID teams and the Ecosystem.

Accountable for overall management of the Profit Incentivisation Regime including agreement and implementation of Adjustment Events

Identification of further opportunities for stretch efficiencies and development of these in line with the Efficiencies Management Plan

About you:

Excellent organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively and meet project deadlines. Exceptional Leadership skills with a growth mindset.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Proactive, methodical approach to problem-solving and ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.

Ability to breakdown organisational structures and silos to achieve desired outcomes.

Commercial and cost awareness capabilities to understand the cost drivers and their interaction with portfolio decision-making. Knowledge of different management techniques to drive continuous improvement and waste reduction.

Knowledge of risk and opportunity management and how to embed these into project delivery teams.
