Our affiliated children's homes specialize in offering assistance to those with Autism, Asperger's, Prader-Willi, complex needs, and emotional disorders.

Role Overview:


As a Children Support Worker, you play a vital role in empowering children with special needs to enhance their independence.

No formal qualifications are needed, as we provide a comprehensive paid training program. Your induction week will cover paperwork, policies, and expectations, allowing you to engage with the senior leadership team.

Following induction, you will benefit from a two-week shadowing period with experienced staff, ensuring a seamless transition and building positive relationships with the children.

This gradual onboarding process allows time for adjustment, helping you establish positive connections with the children. Weekly reviews offer continuous support and address any queries or concerns, ensuring your success in this diverse role. Engage in a variety of activities, day trips, educational support, and meal preparation, fostering a nurturing environment for children to flourish.


Extra training FREE
We collaborate with a third-party training provider and can provide additional training in areas like children's mental health, behavior management, teaching assistance, special needs, ADHD, and more
