Great Opportunity as an Immediate Start- 12Months Fixed Term Contract

A well respected, not for profit, housing association located in Great Manchester.

The key responsibilities of a Management Accounts Officer
will include, but may not be limited to;
- Support in the production of the monthly management accounts.
- Review, calculate and post accruals.
- Resolve coding queries from budget holders.
- Assist in the running of reports for budget holders.
- Analysis of variances to budget.
- Provide support to the Management Accountants.
- Provide support with the annual budget setting and forecasting.
The Successful Applicant:
- Not for Profit and Charities background OR Housing Association experience.
- AAT or part qualified.
- Knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
- Ability to calculate and post accruals and adjust journals.
- Produce financial reports.
- Experience of month end financial processes.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good oral and written communications.
- Able to commute to Oldham.
What's on Offer:
- Immediate start opportunity.
- Full time hours 35 hours per week.
- Excellent salary between £31,000 £32,000 per annum.
- Hybrid working.
- 12month Fixed Term Contract.
