Our Supply Chain and Food Safety department audit and certify very large numbers of customers against a number of scheme standards.

To further ensure and grow our Supply Chain business, we are currently looking for a
Customer Service Coordinator to join our Agricultural Membership team, based in Long Hanborough, Oxfordshire.

This role will involve providing support to clients on the telephone and administrative support whilst delivering great customer service to new and existing customers, ensuring quality documentation, and professional communications in a timely and friendly manner.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Including, but not limited to:


  • Working closely with other departments within NSF to ensure a professional end to end service for our customers
  • Maintaining and updating databases
  • Processing postal correspondence
  • Reception cover and associated duties on an agreed weekly rota basis

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Customer focused taking pride in delivering great customer service
  • Happy to help people both internally and externally
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Calm and confident approach when dealing with challenging situations and customers
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A methodical and logical approach with good problemsolving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills with an ability to work on own initiative
  • The ability to plan work and meet deadlines
  • This is an onsite role, with the expectation to be onsite at our Long Hanborough office 5 days per week
