About the job


The postholder will be responsible for providing administrative support in the implementation and co-ordination of the Brigade's evaluation and assurance framework.


Key responsibilities

  • Contribute to the setting up of the evaluation and assurance systems for the management of the framework, ensuring a clear audit trail.
  • Create evaluation form templates according to the requirements of the learning event.
  • Maintain and monitor evaluation performance data to ensure it is both accurate, reliable and current, ensuring that management reports can be created.
  • To provide administrative support for the Training Assurance framework, supporting the coordination of audits and quality assurance processes.
  • To produce business documents (both texts, dashboards and tabular format) from provided material to an acceptable standard; organise saving and storing of documents, collating and distributing as necessary.

Skills, knowledge, and experience

  • Experience of developing and/or maintaining administrative systems.
  • Experience of cleansing, analysing, sampling and verifying a range of data, providing summary reports and highlighting key information to senior managers.
  • Experience of using MS Office suite of products particularly Excel(charts, formatting, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) to provide management information and MS forms to collate results.
  • Awareness of project management principles that can be used to measure performance of a team or project.
  • Experience of working with figures, preparing and interpreting statistical and financial information.
