Description

We are seeking a Full Time Business Support Administrator to join a long established and expanding company who specialise in the restoration and maintenance of flooring throughout commercial premises in the UK and Europe.

You will be part of a lively team working closely with our Contracts Manager, Office Manager and Administrative Assistant, also liaising with the Accounts Administrator.


Tasks

  • To assist with scheduling of Works
  • Updating and monitoring of maintenance software & Intrflex CMS
  • Work Orders; Calendars; Images etc
  • Assist with work order processing works plan, access permits, RAMS, resources
  • Updating of all records as required
  • Monitoring stock levels of works products
  • Assist with Health & Safety Administration records, documents, procedures
  • Be involved with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Assurance tasks

Competency/Skill requirements

  • Previous administrative experience and or business administration qualifications
  • Strong organisational, planning & problem solving skills
  • Proactive communication skills, with a strong customer focus and 'can do' attitude
  • An ability to communicate clearly with attention to detail
  • Flexible and responsive attitude to changing priorities
  • An ability to work to deadlines and timetables
  • IT literate competent with Microsoft Office, Photoshop/Affinity, Xero
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Good numerical skills
The position is full time, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday

Salary £21,000 to £24,500 dependent upon experience. We offer free parking at our office which is set in a semi-rural location.
