Valley power Ltd is an established Property and Asset Maintenance Company. We are currently seeking to employ a Multi-Trade Engineer/ carpenter working on our maintenance and refurbishment contracts.
Main purpose of the role:
We are looking for highly skilled, customer focused Operatives who will be involved in carrying out Void Work, Project Work & Reactive Maintenance in properties
Experience in housing maintenance/repair would be desirable.
the operative will be Installing additional trickle vents to UPVC windows
Cutting the bottom of doors over carpets for ventilation.
installing Loft tanks insulation
Draught proofing to loft hatch
rates of pay are competitive and negotiable dependant on qualifications and experience.
The successful applicant will be hard working, reliable, with a positive disposition and good work ethic.
Cscs needed
Working Hours: 40 hours each week Monday to Friday, with a 1⁄2 unpaid lunch break.
