Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship

Training Provider:

Tameside College This course is delivered using a blended delivery model, our assessor will deliver this apprenticeship in the workplace with optional study days at college.


Entry Requirements:
Level 1 English and Math's will be required to complete this apprenticeship


Course Duration: 12 Months plus 3 Months End point assessment

This is an apprenticeship therefore previous experience is not necessary as full training will be provided.

Package:
£6.40 p/h (plus commission)


Job Type:
Full-time Apprenticeship


Holidays:20 Days (April - March) increasing to 25 days after 1 years' service. Plus, bank holidays.


Working Week:
Mon - Thu 8:45am - 5:30pm Fri 8:45am - 3:55pm


Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Process customer contracts, managing and accurately updating the Gateway database and other company records.
  • Deliver relevant, clear, transparent, and consistent information across the Surveying and Operations department.
  • Provide administrative support to all departments where required.
  • Maintain exceptional professional & personal standards to support your ongoing development and progression within the business.
  • Achieve your individual KPIs, whilst contributing to the overall success of the department.

Requirements:


  • A clear communicator with excellent interpersonal, communication & telephone skills.
  • Be accurate and thorough, with good administration & data entry skills, attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of quality.
  • Adaptable to differing environments with excellent communication skills and the ability to cultivate and manage key relationships.
  • Professional attitude, aligned with, understands, and supports the ambitions of the company.
  • Highly motivated, demonstrating enthusiasm and a 'cando' mentality
