The firm
Morgan Sports Law was founded in July 2013 as a specialist sports dispute resolution firm.


The work

Most of the firm's work is heard before the Court of Arbitration for Sport and other sports disciplinary tribunals around the world.

As an Intern, you will assist team members in a range of legal research, drafting and case related administration, whilst also gaining exposure to the working practices of our team of leading sports lawyers.

Our internships typically last for two to four weeks.


Location
We have central London riverside offices close to Bank/Monument stations where these placements will be based. An element of remote working may also be supported.


Requirements:


Your qualifications and attributes

You will have:

• An excellent academic background with a degree of class 2.1 or higher, and a minimum of 128 UCAS points (or equivalent).
• A strong and demonstrable passion for specializing in sports dispute related legal work.
• Fluency in English (additional languages would be an advantage but are not essential).
• The right to live and work in the UK.
• Solid commercial awareness.
• Enthusiasm and selfmotivation.
• Exemplary attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• The ability to act as a team player.
• A strong career focus including the appetite to follow up a successful internship with a potential Paralegal contract within the same academic year.

Internship placements are voluntary and conducted on a free-lance basis.

You will be able to claim London Living Wage for up to 35.5 hours per week of your placement (c£98.68 a day).
