Description
We are seeking a full time Property Maintenance Co-ordinator on a permanent basis for our Lancaster city centre branch.
You will be working in a busy property department where you will play an integral role in the coordination of any maintenance/repair requests from tenants, landlords and leaseholders.
Duties will include:
- Dealing with any maintenance issues as required when reported to the office
- Dealing with any maintenance issues reported by colleagues following property inspections
- Identify and establish whether issues can be fixed remotely, or a site visit is needed
- Operate as a first point of contact between landlords, tenants and contractors
- Maintaining a great relationship with our pool of contractors
- Ensuring all maintenance works are completed within budget and agreed time frames
- Input maintenance reports and data into the internal system
- Ensuring all properties are compliant with current legislation including the booking of relevant certificates, and inputting the data once received
- Reporting all inspections to landlords
- Managing your own diary, administration and filing
- Dealing with general telephone enquiries and booking of appointments
- Provide quality levels of customer service in line with company expectations
To be successful in this role you will be an enthusiastic, reliable, professional and service-driven individual who enjoys being in a customer focused role.
Hours will be Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm.
