- SummaryOur high performing Probate practice area is seeking to enhance the current team in our Wolds Office in Louth with the addition of Administration Assistant. This role is an excellent opportunity to work for and contribute to the ongoing growth of a firm that drives a positive culture of support.
As part of the role, your main duties will include:
- Audio transcription
- Assist with account queries
- Maintain client information in a variety of forms
- Answer and make telephone calls
- Proactively manage diaries and assist with the booking of travel arrangements as well internal and external meetings
- Working collaboratively across departments
You must be fully conversant with Microsoft packages and will have previous experience of delivering excellent internal and external customer service coupled with demonstrable experience of secretarial/administration in a busy team.
