Job Description:


You will be assisting the Property Administration team with day to day operations, including assisting in all aspects of property management.

This role will involve providing a high quality of customer service, supporting Property Managers. You will assist with scheduling any site visits and coordinating with tenants. Along with maintaining and updating all tenant contact information. As part of this role, you will be assisting with invoicing and property renewals.


One of the duties of this role will also be managing the filing system for leases, tenants, insurance certificates, vendors, buildings, drawings, contracts and POs.

You will be responsible for processing and distribution of all mail received for the Property Department.


The start date for this role is Monday the 26th of June 2023.

This is a 12 month FTC with the look to extend for a further 3 months.

Qualifications:


  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in a similar administrative role is essential, within property is desirable
  • Highly organised and able to manage a busy workload
  • Confident working with databases and able to handle complex data
  • IT Literate, able to confidently use MS Office Suite
  • Able to confidently build working relationships
