I am exclusively representing a well
- established, global organisation based in Brierley Hill. This business are a leading, QPL listed distributor specialising in supplying circular connectors and accessories into the Aerospace industry.
I am leading the search for an Experienced Quality & Compliance manage to join their team. This company have an exceptional culture throughout their offices and aopportunities for global travel
Package Details:
- £40,000-£50,000
- Yearly bonus (5%)
- 25 days holiday + Bank holidays

Working hours:
8am-5:15 Monday
- Friday (Early finish at 12 every other Friday)
Role Details:
- Protecting customers from nonquality, by ensuring that the practices comply with regulations, customer requirements and Apollo standards by promoting a culture of prevention and anticipation.
- Driving continuous improvement, by capitalizing on factual data and feedback and providing the necessary support for all company functions.
- Supporting the deployment of the Quality Management System across the Business through the implementation and followup of internal audits, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures.
- Liaison with all areas of the business on all matters relating to quality systems, procedures, direction, processes, including Quality Assurance implementation and maintenance.
- Providing support for customer and regulatory (external) audits as required, to ensure process and procedural compliance to AS9100, AS9120, ISO1400
- Supporting the provision of coaching on quality improvement and relevant tools (PDCA, Root cause analysis, 8D), as well as Human Factors training, for Quality Assurance implementation throughout the company.
- Developing and implementing new environmental and sustainability process across their facilities.
- Taking responsibility for Quality Assurance in all of the European facilities, as well as supporting our Asia operations.
- Best practice identification and implementation with the US and Asian colleagues.
Key Requirements & Experience:
- Previous experience working in Quality in the aerospace industry. (5 years minimum).
- Experience in working to Aerospace management systems (AS9100, AS9120).
- Experienced working to Environmental management systemsISO14001 (preferred).
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Strong IT Skills.
