Full-time (37hrs), Permanent (part-time options also available)
Grade F £25,979-£29,777 (actual salary £22,232-£25,482 for Term Time Only) plus 22% Employer pension contributions
Reporting to Head of Emotional Education
The role will require travel across Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, and Dorset
As part of the Delta Education Trust, Delta Bespoke creates and manages bespoke learning packages for young people who are struggling with their current education provision.

Your role within Delta Bespoke's Emotional Learning team will be to support individual students with their transition on to a Delta Bespoke Education Package.
We endeavour to help all our learners to feel that they matter and belong, enabling them to improve their social, emotional and academic skills to be the best that they can be.
Our Bespoke Education programmes create a unique balance between academic and emotional learning and provide opportunities for young people to develop emotionally and build the resilience and self-esteem in order to re-engage with their learning and in turn, their education.

With that in mind, we support our staff in developing their skills where needed.
We are looking for a passionate and committed individual to be the first point of contact for young people as they embark on our bespoke learning programmes.
They should have a particular interest in working with students with special educational needs, including those with behavioural, emotional and social issues.
The successful applicant will be a highly motivated and flexible individual who can form positive relationships with students with a wide range of special needs in order to make a difference.
If successfully shortlisted the HR Department will also be conducting an individual online search including social media platforms of your 'name, education and employment', to demonstrate due diligence following the updated 'Keeping Children Safe in Education 2022' guidance.
The search will not form part of the actual shortlisting process and any concerns arising from the search will be discussed directly with you.
