One The Gallery is a private dental practice in St Clements Oxford. We are a three surgery practice that offers both routine and specialist dental care. We are now seeking a highly motivated receptionist / font of house.

Ideally, we would like someone who enjoys a challenge, welcomes change and is committed to providing our patients with the highest quality of care and the best possible service both face to face and by telephone.

Requirements:

• Full Time
• You will have proven front of house / reception experience, ideally within a dental setting and anunderstanding of dentistry
• You must possess excellent communication and literacy skills and be able to work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of and competent in using word processing programmes as you will be transcribing treatment plans.
• Customer services skills as you will be handling patient enquiries over the phone, in person and in writing
• Be efficient and well organised.
• Previous use of dental practice software is desirable
• People management skills are desirable
• Calm approach to work

• Friendly and flexible
• Proactive and motivated
• Well presented, reliable, and supportive
• You will play a key role in managing the patient journey and driving patient treatment plans
• Supporting the dentist with various admin roles
• Compliance with CQC regulations

Salary Negotiable depending on experience

Hours: 08:00- 17:00
