Hire Desk Controller


Location:
Exeter


Salary:
depending on experience


Job Type :
Permanent, Full Time


Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 7:00am to 17:00pm


Key Responsibilities:

As a hire controller you will be the primary contact for our customers.

You will deal with the hire process from beginning to end, from customer enquiries, on hires, off hires and anything in between.

You will be required to complete all administration relating to hires. You will coordinate deliveries, collections and calls for the fitters.


Skills and Experience Needed:


  • Previous experience in tool and plant hire
  • Great customer service skills
  • PC literate
  • Ability to prioritise work load and work to deadlines
  • Motivated selfstarter with good administration, time management and organisation skills

Salary:
From £19,945.17 per year

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Exeter: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
