Job in London for Housekeepers with experience ( maids ) for Hotel with flats

Start immediately, Pay every two weeks You must have the legal right to work in

You are paid per hour according to time in time out but also according to productivity, Schedule from 9:00 to 17:00 with a 30 min unpaid break.


There is 8 hours of paid training, for 2 days, 4 hours a day, after that you work full time and you are paid per hour according to time in time out but also according to productivity.

For each apartment you have time to do them. The apartments are one bedroom, two bedroom, three bedroom and bathroom and living room.

Apartments Time per apartment

1 bed Departure 60 min

2 beds Departure 90 min

1 bed Stay 45 min

2 beds stay 60 min

Sofa bed 15 min

SOT is departure

LET is staying


The hotel makes the schedule ( Rote ) so you can work once on the weekend and the next weekend for someone else to work so you can be free.


When you get to the hotel, ask them to explain everything and talk to the hotel about how you can work on what days and availability.


The role:
Preparation of hotel rooms for guests.
Change of bed linen and towels.
Cleaning in the common areas of the hotel.
Reporting technical issues and maintenance needs.
Make sure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the tour.
Make sure all materials, cleaning products, and equipment are properly maintained and used.
To be able to work in a team or independently.

Our requirements for you:
Basic speaking and understanding of English.
Previous experience as a room attendant is preferable, but not essential, as on-site training is provided.

After 3 months you can take vacation.

And of course if you have any health problem and need to travel, we must be notified and you can go.

If it is a long absence from work, I can guarantee your future employment.


If the apartments are too dirty, you have to take pictures and post them to the housekeeping group at the respective location, the supervisor comes to see how the apartment looks and the supervisor will see if the apartment needs more cleaning time, if it needs more time to clean cleaning than the one provided by the hotel.


All hotels work on productivity, this is used in several ways; to help budget for payroll, calculate the number of staff required on any given day and also on an employee's performance.

This does not affect the salary. All staff are paid by the hour, less breaks. All employees are paid from the start time of the roll to the end time.


If staff are not performing at the productivity level then they will be given the chance to retrain and improve.

If that doesn't work, they may not be called back to work. This is standard across all UK hotels.

As you can appreciate, if one maid takes 4 hours to clean a room and another maid takes 1 hour to clean a room, you're not going to give the 4 hour maid much work.


Also during their shift they will be required to collect used linen and waste from the apartments and take them to the areas where we keep the linen and waste.

We understand that this takes a bit of time and we take that into account when looking at productivity.

So to summarize, the staff will be paid by the hour worked.

If they clean apartments, hoover corridors, replenish stock, clean public areas, this will make any difference in terms of their payment.

Working days > from Monday to Friday, We also work on weekends.

Payment is made once every two weeks.
