Medical Secretarial Supervisor/Trainer x 2 posts
Band 5 (£28,383-£35,365 pro rata)

Post 1 = 25 hours, Post 2 = 33.75 hours

We have 2 vacancies for Medical Secretarial Supervisor/Trainers within the Medical Secretarial Service within the Acute Sector covering Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, Woodend Hospital, Royal Aberdeen Children's Hospital and Aberdeen Maternity Hospital.

The postholders will work within the Medical Secretarial Management Team, working both operationally and strategically within the Service.

They each will have responsibility for a group of staff and will manage the service provided by these staff members; this will cover both Medical and Surgical Specialties across the Acute Sector.

They will also provide training support for any new staff new staff members joining the Medical Secretarial Service.

Experience of Operational Health Service Management is essential, as is a good working knowledge of administrative roles within a Health Service Environment.
