About the role:

Due to continued growth, we have an exciting new opportunity within our Claims team.

We're now recruiting for a Claims Handler to provide support and guidance to our clients who have made a claim under their Superscript policy.

The role will involve handling a portfolio of Commercial Combined claims, including the preparation of claims reports, settlement of claims, along with handling correspondence with claimants, insurers and brokers.

This is an ideal opportunity to build your knowledge across a wide range of claims types, and share this knowledge and experience with our growing client base.

As our Commercial Claims Handler, you'll play a pivotal role within our claims function, & and will need to be a self-starter who is happy to roll up your sleeves and help disrupt an industry

About you

Experience in Commercial Combined Claims
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Delivering great customer service
Comfortable working within set parameters
Highly organised
Problem solver who can think outside the box
Proactive and selfmotivated
Able to stay positive when under pressure
Selfstarter who is content to work either independently or part of a team
