Description

We have opened a newly built facility in Jackson Lane in October 2021

Duties include:

To ensure accurate and timely picking/shipping processes of all orders with maximum efficiency.
Ensure effective coaching methods throughout the inbound/outbound operations while maintaining all company policies and procedures.
Manage/Coordinate all activities within the warehouse to work together seamlessly and efficiently
Support Operations Manager when required with daytoday tasks.
To manage and determine required number of people to complete the volumes within the process
To monitor and lead the progress plan to ensure profitable results
To develop new solutions to ensure achievements of contractual qualitative KPIs
To Lead the team to ensure the productivity of the different streams
To carry out calls, meeting on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
To optimize work schedule to allow the proper size in the teams in relation to the workload
To ensure that your employees maintain the equipment given to them in compliance with the procedures implemented by the maintenance manager and the Management

Requirements:

Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships at all levels of staff.
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to use Microsoft Office and Excel; required level: MEDIUM
Ability to manage a team
Ability to delegate
Ability to work under pressure during peak season
Industry knowledge and previous experience in similar role

SHIFTS: 4 on 4 off 12 hour shifts-Variety of shifts available, including nights
