We are currently seeking Healthcare Assistants to join our team, urgently required in

In return for your hard work, you will:
Receive wages ranging from £12.00 to £13.00 per hour, depending on your experience.

Key requirements:

Care Certificate
Mandatory CSTF
MAPA
Autism Awareness
Epilepsy Awareness
Dysphagia Awareness
Buccal training
QCF in Health & Social Care Level 2 or
Excellent interpersonal skills friendly, flexible, and adaptable
Effective verbal and written communication
Ideally, a minimum of 6 months of experience in a care of the elderly role at a care home/nursing home
An enhanced DBS check and full vaccination or medical exemption evidence.

The Healthcare Assistant will work under direct or indirect supervision of a registered nurse or Senior Healthcare Assistant.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining clean equipment, preparing supplies, conducting health checks with patients, and ensuring overall care and safety for patients.

Note:

Don't worry if any of your certificates have expired; we also provide practical and E-learning programs, and on completion, you will be awarded the certificate.

What do we need from you to succeed in this role?

To be successful in this position, you will need:
A minimum of 6 months of experience working as a Healthcare Assistant
An NVQ in Health Care Level 1, 2, 3, or a Care Certificate
Excellent interpersonal skills friendly, flexible, and adaptable
Effective communication, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities:

Deliver highquality care to residents in a compassionate and respectful manner
Comply with all regulatory requirements for the delivery of care and maintain health and safety standards
Report and communicate effectively to ensure essential information are recorded and relayed appropriately
Assist with patients' care, support, and activities of daily living.
