We are currently seeking Healthcare Assistants to join our team, urgently required in
Bexhill and nearby areas. We collaborate with various healthcare institutions, sourcing high-quality healthcare professionals.

In return for your hard work, you will:
Receive wages ranging from £12.00 to £13.00 per hour, depending on your experience.


Key requirements:


  • Care Certificate
  • Mandatory CSTF
  • MAPA
  • Autism Awareness
  • Epilepsy Awareness
  • Dysphagia Awareness
  • Buccal training
  • QCF in Health & Social Care Level 2 or
  • Excellent interpersonal skills friendly, flexible, and adaptable
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Ideally, a minimum of 6 months of experience in a care of the elderly role at a care home/nursing home
  • An enhanced DBS check and full vaccination or medical exemption evidence.
The Healthcare Assistant will work under direct or indirect supervision of a registered nurse or Senior Healthcare Assistant.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining clean equipment, preparing supplies, conducting health checks with patients, and ensuring overall care and safety for patients.


Note:

Don't worry if any of your certificates have expired; we also provide practical and E-learning programs, and on completion, you will be awarded the certificate.


What do we need from you to succeed in this role?

  • To be successful in this position, you will need:
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience working as a Healthcare Assistant
  • An NVQ in Health Care Level 1, 2, 3, or a Care Certificate
  • Excellent interpersonal skills friendly, flexible, and adaptable
  • Effective communication, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities:


  • Deliver highquality care to residents in a compassionate and respectful manner
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements for the delivery of care and maintain health and safety standards
  • Report and communicate effectively to ensure essential information are recorded and relayed appropriately
  • Assist with patients' care, support, and activities of daily living.
