Maintenance Operative - Floating

Covering 3 Homes across the Westminster region of London

£14.65 per hour/£30,476.16 per annum

40 hours per week

Where you'll work
You will support 3 Nursing Homes across the Westminster area of London.


Are you our next Maintenance Operative? Here's more about the role:
First and foremost - we work together as a team to enrich our residents' lives - let's support our colleagues too and have fun in the process

Maintaining a safe and well-presented environment, you will carry out a review of all of the premises management activities across the home such as water hygiene checks, fire safety checks, portable appliance testing, equipment checks, and any other H&S or compliance activities required throughout the home


There will be regular contact with contractors and residents, so strong communication (both written and verbal) and organisational skills are key to this role.


What skills do I need?
Team work A happy team, makes for happy residents and a happy home

Ability to carry out compliance activities which need to be completed and recognise if there is something which needs to be reported for further investigation

Able to maintain accurate and timely records around compliance and H&S activities
