Family Residential waking night Staff -
2 Nights a week - Rolling Rota
Main Duties

To create and safe stimulating environment, in line with safeguarding policies and procedures.

To ensure a comprehensive assessment is completed to meet the individual needs of the families.

Job Specific Role

To be child focused always.

To contribute to the assessment process.

To maintain factual, up to date records so that all assessments and reports can be produced.

To identify any risk and complete risk assessments.

To work as part of a team

To attend and contribute to meetings as required.

To attend regular supervision and caseload management.

To prioritise workload in consultation with Senior members of staff.

To maintain and contribute towards the accommodation to the highest standard

To undertake any emergency cover due to illness as and when required by the manager.

To ensure that all training is attended and that you actively participate.

To maintain continuous monitoring throughout the night when needed including CCTV.

To comply with the |Health and safety at Work Act tomaintain a safe environment for service users, employees and visitors.

To ensure that the organisations polices, and procedures are understood and adhered to.

General

To respect and maintain confidentiality of all matters that you learn relating to services users, staff and other professionals.

To attend work reliably and punctually.

All staff are required to work in a flexible way, ensuring that all tasks specifically not covered in their job description are undertaken.

To adhere to the covid 19 policy and risk assessment.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Pay:
£11.33 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
