Job description
Provide the service of food & drink in the bar and restaurant. Set, serve and clear tables. Interact with customers and deliver a high standard of customer service to every person.


Key Responsibilities

• Promote friendly, efficient & effective relationships with all customers and team members.
• Take and deliver food & drink orders to our guests with fantastic customer service.
• Serve customers behind the bar.
• Help prepare the bar for service.
• Replenish stock items when needed.
• Set and clear tables to divisional standards.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the restaurant and bar at all times.
• Maintain the standards of personal hygiene, dress and appearance as detailed by Senior Management at all times.
• Drive sales by upselling at every opportunity. Carry out any reasonable request that may be made by the Senior Management and/or any other member of the management team.
• Attend staff meetings as and when required.

£5.28-£10.42 per hour
